You are starting as a worker and your wage is dependent on the companies, which offer you a wage for your work.
If you click at the Tab "Work", you can see the available jobs, listed by the offered daily wage and domain.
Basic rules are simple. You can only work at the company that offers the biggest wage in a specific domain. For example you can work at the bank that offer the biggest wage of all banks or at the gold mine that offers the biggest wage of all gold mines. A work day lasts for 8 hours. You can work only once a day. The displayed wage is for one day of work for workers that have a 100% productivity. If your productivity is 50%, you will receive only half of the wage.
You can increase your productivity in three possible ways:
Energy
Work Experience
Loyalty
You can buy and rent products from the market. Each product has three different quality levels.
Low (1 Star)
Middle (2 Stars)
High (3 Stars)
If you buy a product with high quality you get much more energy. A high quality product is like 3x low quality products on the same category.

Never rent a product, if you can buy it. It is every-time cheaper to buy a product.
Try to get one of the expensive products.
How can I increase my work experience?
Every-time you work in the same kind of factory for example gold digging, your work experience is increasing 2% daily.
Guides says it is decreasing in the other segments, but I never noticed this before.

How to start your first company?
TIP from me
Open a new company only, if you have the money. You need at least 15$ Balance (I recommend 20$). I did a mistake and now I lost 6$.
What is a company?
In a company you can produce materials for products or products and sold them to customers.
If you want to start a company, you to click on the tab "Companies" and then on open a company.
You should see the picture below on the page:
There are many different categories of factories. Your first factory should be a "Basic Utilities Company". The materials are not so expensive and you should make a good amount of money.
You pay 1$ /month to get the rights to open a company. After that you have to buy a factory (Low quality 5$), work tools (currently 7 $), Materials (3/0.06$) (You use 10% of a material for 1 product (gas)) and a payed worker for currently 2.00$. (the worker gets only the amount of his productivity)
Materials 0.1xElectricity + 0.1xOil = 1xGAS
Total: 14,62$.
We should buy at first the work tools, the materials and advertise a workplace.
The factory need to be renovate in 90 days and it doesn't count, if you use it or not. ( I fell in that trap :( ).
For every product you get at least 0.06 $.
Bonuses are paid by game's fund to companies or players in certain situations such as working 5 days in a row, renting a car etc... Bonuses are proposed and voted by players. From this page you can propose a new bonus or even the suspension of an active bonus. Keep in mind that only players having the energy and equity of minimum 5 can propose changes and only players having a minimum equity of $1 can vote. If the game's fund does not have money to pay a bonus, the bonus will be automatically set to zero.
